Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • By making a reservation with Benichay Brothers, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy:

   • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
   • If the booking is made fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
   • Unfortunately, no refund will be available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

3. Reservation Modifications:

   • Modifications to reservations, including changes to the check-in and check-out dates, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Security Deposit:

   • A security deposit may be required for your reservation. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no damages or violations of our rental policies.

5. Check-In and Check-Out:

   • Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Property Rules:

   • Guests are expected to adhere to all property rules and guidelines outlined in the rental agreement provided upon booking.

7. Property Condition:

   • Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as they found it. Any damages caused during the stay may result in charges to the credit card on file.

8. Force Majeure:

   • Benichay Brothers is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions, that may affect your stay.

9. Privacy Policy:

   • Benichay Brothers is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your reservation.
